I Was Told I Was a Nobody Once...
There’s a moment I can’t forget. I was told that I was a nobody once. At the time, it felt like a gut punch, like every effort, every struggle, and every step forward had been for nothing.
But here's the thing: I didn’t stay in that space for long.
Being told I was a nobody lit a fire under me, and I realized something that changed everything. I didn’t need to prove my worth to anyone. I just needed to see it for myself.
That’s what this week’s journey is all about: moving from a place of feeling unseen to claiming the power that’s already inside us. There’s no one out there who gets to define your worth. It’s time to take ownership of your narrative.
This week on the blog, I dive deep into the space between "good enough" and "perfect"—a space that so many of us get stuck in. It's a space where we end up chasing validation, approval, and perfection instead of realizing that we’re enough right now. You can read it here: Stuck Between Good Enough and Perfect: The Fight We’ve Already Won but Don’t Know It.
So, here’s my message to you today:
You aren’t a nobody. You are more than enough, exactly as you are. There’s nothing to prove, no invisible scoreboard keeping track of your value. The only one you need to answer to is yourself. And when you see that, the game changes.
Take a moment today to look at where you are. Are you striving for perfection? Or are you recognizing your worth in this very moment? This isn’t about the world telling you who you are. It’s about you knowing who you are.
I hope you take this as a reminder that you’re not defined by what others say, but by the truth you hold within.
Stay strong, keep going, and remember—your journey is yours, and you’re exactly where you need to be.
In strength, truth, and love,
Scott
